Back by my beloved ocean..

I've actually been back for a couple of weeks, but too busy (!) to walk down to the shore. And it's really 5 minutes away! When I realized it's been so long, I felt a little foolish, how could I stay away so long when it's a sanctuary that calms my nervous system (heart) and brings such peace. Back to the ocean.
